Settlement From Uninsured Motorist Coverage On May 23, 2023, our client a 43 year old male was driving home in Geneva, IL. As he approached the intersection of east State st and Kautz Rd, an uninsured driver made an improper left turn and struck our client's vehicle. Our client was transported to the ER.
