Samantha Gutierrez Selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2024!
Gainsberg Injury and Accident Lawyers is excited to announce that attorney Samantha Gutierrez was selected for Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2024! This is the second consecutive year that Samantha has been named to Rising Stars, and we are thrilled that she was recognized again for the work that she does.
Super Lawyers was founded in 1991, and “recognizes the top attorneys nationwide, across a variety of practice areas and firm sizes, using a patented process of independent research and peer input.” Rising Stars recognizes the work of up-and-coming attorneys. It is limited to lawyers who are either 40 years old or younger, or who have been in practice for no more than 10 years. Rising Stars candidates go through the same selection process as Super Lawyers candidates, though only 2.5% of all eligible attorneys will be named to the final list.
Attorneys cannot nominate themselves nor can they solicit nominations from other firms or lawyers. They cannot purchase a place on the list, and inclusion one year does not guarantee inclusion the next.
About Samantha Gutierrez
Samantha Gutierrez joined Gainsberg Injury and Accident Lawyers in 2019. She earned her JD from UIC John Marshall Law School right here in Chicago. As an Associate Litigation Attorney, Samantha handles all manner of personal injury cases. She is a formidable trial lawyer; she even tried a case in Cook County her very first year as an associate. Trial work is rare for most new lawyers, but anyone who’s met Samantha knows she thrives on a challenge. After all, she earned her undergraduate degree in three years instead of four; once she puts her mind to something, there’s no stopping her.
